I have dedicated my life to public education. In addition to my professional career in educational systems, I am very familiar with our schools here in Somerville. As our two boys grew up, I helped establish local after-school programs and plan future playgrounds. Since 2017, I have served as a founding board member of the Somerville Education Foundation. The Ed Foundation works with the City, school district, and community partners and has raised and distributed over $300,000 to support equitable access to out-of-school-time programming, child care, and STEM innovations.
